TERMS & CONDITIONS

These "Terms and Conditions" govern the relationship between JASS.PERFORMANCE  and consumers utilising  the  services at the domain JASS.PERFORMANCE. These conditions are binding to all users. By clicking the link or button located on the pages of this site www.jassperformance.com (except the link to the "Terms and conditions") the user fully accepts and complies with these "Terms and conditions".

REGISTRATION

Valid purchase at JASS PERFORMANCE is possible with or without account registration.

When registering, you need to provide your full address, full name, e-mail and telephone number. It is necessary to select a password for your account. After registering successfully, you can edit your details to add a delivery address if different, and specify a different name to accept your orders. By selecting the box "I agree with the Terms and Conditions" a customer electronic statement is made under the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, which declares that he or she is familiar with these "Terms and Conditions" and accepts them.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA
Personal data obtained by JASS.PERFORMANCE registration will be treated confidential and only be used to process the customers orders and also used to subscribe to our newsletter on request, that can be terminated at any time.

User account can be deleted from the database JASS.PERFORMANCE, together with all personal data at any time on request.

Our Privacy Policy can be found under the following link "Jass Performance Privacy Policy" and by reading and accepting our Terms and Conditions you confirm you have red, understood and accepted our privacy conditions as well.

ORDER

Orders are accepted from the web site 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. When finalising your order, you are able to see a summary of your products, price, name, e-mail, telephone, billing and delivery address and billing methods. After finalising your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.
PRICE OF THE CONTRACT

The final price of your order is calculated as the sum products prices ordered. All product prices are final prices and are subject to change by the time of ordering to date of payment. Added to the final price is the shipping price. JASS.PERFORMANCE has the right to change the prices advertised on the web site without prior notice to the customers. In the event of technical errors in the published price, JASS.PERFORMANCE has the right to refuse orders and owes no compensation. JASS.PERFORMANCE shall refund the amount if it had been previously paid. 

PROBLEMS WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTRACT

The execution of your order can be prevented by any of the following reasons:

1. One or all of the goods ordered are unavailable, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. No payment (late payment) by the customer.
3. The user has specified an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
4. No telephone contact with the consumer is available.

In case of delivery problems caused by us, any additional costs shall be covered by JASS PERFORMANCE . In all other cases subsequent consignment will be at your expense.

PAYMENT

All payments are made and proceeded through PayPal.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE

The consumer may return goods purchased within 7 working days from date of purchase. The object of the transaction must be in original packaging with no signs of use or breach of the presentation of the product.

DISPUTES AND APPEALS

When situations arise in relation to outstanding issues, the client has a right to submit disputes to our correspondence.

PRODUCT USAGE

Unless otherwise stated, all vehicle parts sold by Jass Performance are intended for show or off road use only and must be installed by an experienced professional. We accept no responsibility for any additional costs incurred through incorrect fitting of use of products sold by Jass Performance. We also do not accept responsibility for any damage caused to any other components as a result of the failure of a product sold by Jass Perforrmance.

GUARANTEES

All items offered by JASS.PERFORMANCE are developed and produced by Jass Performance and partners. All goods are subject to warranty service - accompanied with sell receipts requested directly to JASS PERFORMANCE.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns should be arranged in advance - please get in contact with us.

Where an item has been returned and is proved faulty within 14 days of purchase we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage.

If you decide to take advantage of your 14 days order cancelation right, to be able to proceed a full refund, we expect the product to be returned in original or suffuciently safe packaging, not having signs of use/installation and in working order. Refunding the postage cost is not possible, when taking advantage of the order cancelation right.

Please note, we are able to proceed returns (receive, sort, check, repack) only in Bulgaria address in the following section. Our shiping agent in UK is not capbable of providing the services, required for a return and as a result the return address for all UK orders is Bulgaria too.
