  We ship from EU worldwide. No customs and VAT is due on receipit in EU!   We ship to UK from our warehouse in UK. No customs and VAT is due on receipit in UK!

  Fast, courier shipping to USA! IMPORTANT - Tariffs: From September 2025 there is a (government) tariff and brokerage fee (couriers) and there is no exception at the moment.

The tariff varies based on the product code, it is a percentage of the product value. The brokerage fee is mostly fixed amount. We have negotiated for orders below 1kg 15USD brokerage fee and it is the standard 26USD for the larger orders in exchange for better shipping rate. 

We are observing the situation and we are choosing the cheapest shipping + brokerage fee to USA, which is very dynamic at the moment.

Any not collected/returned order is subject to return postage/fee, which will be calculated upon refunding your order. 

 

Delivery information

All orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday) and tracking information is provided for orders outside of UK once it is available to us from our despatching agents.

• All orders to UK are shipped from our logistics partner in UK with the exceptions above. The only options is next day delivery, tracked on orders placed before 12:00 the same day. 
• All orders from EU are shipped from EU (Bulgaria)
• International (outside of UK and EU) orders are shipped from Bulgaria
