Jass Performance Custom Center Stack Integration Panel for Controls, Gauges & Radio (Brushed Stainless Steel) – Miata/MX5 NA/MK1 (Detachable Radio Panel)

Following the brushed stainless steel designs, this custom panel integrates controls, gauges, and the radio into the center stack, offering a truly integrated and finished look, especially when paired with the stainless HVAC panel. This version is specifically designed for MK1 models and works with radios that have detachable front panels.

Design and Construction

Material: Brushed Stainless Steel.
Functionality: Integrates the control panel (switches), gauge holes, and radio pocket/cage.
Radio Compatibility: Works with radios with detachable front panels.
Radio Size: Made to work with almost standard-sized front radio panels of 45.5mm x 168mm (height x width).

Customizable Layout: The layout is fully customizable, including the position of the radio.
Solid Installation: Provides solid radio installation (much tighter than a radio pocket) and solid, plug-and-play (P&P) panel installation through exact center stack integration.
Security: Removal of the radio requires removal of the 1. center console, and 2. center stack. Although the fall-down panel is fully functional, its detachment is possible only after removing the radio, enhancing security.

Naming Convention for Cutouts

D: Hard Top Defroster Switch (or any standard sized MX5 switch)
M: Mirror Switch
G: Gauge hole (1G, 2G, 3G)
S: Switch (toggle switch for fan, sleepy eyes, etc.)

Compatibility Notes

Gauge Clearance: 3-gauge panels will not work with gauges (such as AFM) that have very wide bezels.
JDM Models: JDM Eunos Roadster imports rarely have the 2DIN (instead of 2.5DIN) cutout, and modifications of the cutout are needed for these panels to fit.
