Duralumin shift adapter from the common for Honda/Toyota etc. 1.5 pitch thread to the 1.25 pitch in MX5. Allows you to use any available for those brands gear knob.
With 1" effective lift and overall length of ~2". All versions are designed for MX5/Miata to fully integrate with the OEM the gaiter.
Available as polished aluminum, red or black powdercoating - the last matches well the stock interior and gear knob in black.
