The OEM side markers are transparent and exposing an amber indicator bulb. They are sealed design and while exchanging the amber bulb to more subtle alternative is not possible, the cost of replacement part is considerable.
These side indicators (markers) are improving over the OEM ones in few areas:
- They are offering alternatives as clear and smoked design. The second offers better integration with many OEM colors.
- Featuring long lasting LED design they solve the contrasting *amber bulb* appearance
- This version is offered with very bright sequential LED for more updated look
- Last but most important - they are direct OEM replacement in shape, look and fit, unlike most of the widely available alternatives with smaller size, missing securing tabs, shorter spring etc.
